• items sold are based on first come first serve basis;

• once sold, items will not be exchangable/refundable;

• items are mostly preloved unless stated brand new, they've been worn a couple of times;

• prices are not negotiable;

• orders may be cancelled within 24 hours only - any later, buyer will be considered as a backout buyer and will be blacklisted;

• items can be hold for reservation but only for 48 hours

• wait for our reply with payment details and proceed with making payment;

• again, cancellation 24 hours, reservation 48 hours, payment due 72 hours

• payments are to be made within 3 working days to Maybank/Hong Leong Bank account;

• if you fail to make payment within 3 days after reservation, item(s) will be release and buyer will be blacklisted;

• if you are having problems and want to postpone payment (max. 2 days), please let inform in advance

postage;

• items will be sent out within 1 - 2 days after receiving payments;

• buyers are reponsible for all shipping charges;

• standard shipping fee via Pos Laju of RM6/West Malaysia and RM8/East Malaysia for the first item, every following item(s) will be charged an extra RM1.00 each.

• buyers may request for postage via Pos Ekspres alternatively;

• Junkettes is not responsible for any loss/damages upon delivery of items

• CODs are available every Mondays and ocassionally, weekends;

• however, the time and venue is limited;

• CODs may be arranged in the following locations:
Any stations within the Klang-KL Sentral (KTM) route;
Any stations within the LRT Putra Line route (Ampang Park Shopping Complex, KLCC);
Aeon Bukit Tinggi;
MV/1U/Sunway Pyramid (during weekends);

• buyers need not pay transportation costs for CODs
